Where it started
A private practice competing with directory listings it was renting, and taking every enquiry by email. Prospective clients had no way to see what a session cost or whether their insurer was covered without asking first.
How it was built
Hand-written PHP with its own layout and page structure rather than a builder, so the condition pages stay fast and editable. Enquiry and booking routes are wired to the ways people actually make contact, WhatsApp included.
